Directed the complete renovation and extension of a four-story townhouse.

Responsibilities encompassed project mangaement, architectural drawings, space planning, structural engineering, tendering, procurement,  and final approvals, all while balancing cost efficiency, time constraints, and high-quality craftsmanship.
