Luxury family home transformation with basement pool and garden gym.

This project will restore a beautiful Edwardian townhouse in Barnes to it’s former glory, as well as add a hugely impressive home cinema, personal wellness and spa area below ground.

The existing home was refurbished and a basement added and plans are now underway to fully refurbish the upper floors to create bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and dressing rooms on both 1st and 2nd floors.
The ground floor will retain the formal living room to the front and kitchen and dining area to the rear.

The existing basement below the house is to have a guest bedroom at the front and cinema room to the rear.
The new basement below the garden will house a pool and lead to a gym and sauna/steam room below the garden room to the rear.
It’s a really exciting project and one we can’t wait to get started on.
