Currently in the design and concept phase, this Cotswolds barn conversion is being transformed into a luxurious family retreat. The scheme includes a bespoke spa, games room, relaxed lounge area and a contemporary bar, all thoughtfully arranged to celebrate the barn’s original character. A full-height glass wall forms the centrepiece of the design, capturing uninterrupted countryside views and flooding the space with natural light.

West Norwood

Currently extending a Victorian semi-detached home, creating a modern, light-filled living space that enhances the property’s original period character while improving flow and functionality for contemporary family life. 

The project includes lowering the floor level to create a seamless connection between the new extension, the kitchen, and the garden. This allows for a bright, open dining area with improved views and access to the outdoors, as well as a well-designed utility room that enhances the home’s functionality.
